AGENDAs is an open system of individual agendas used to maintain an overview of the status, changes and movement of documents in the organization. The method of acquisition, storage and processing of documents of each agenda is directly controlled by the defined structures and processes for the relevant agenda. Each agenda uses a simple and intuitive native user interface with a navigation menu for individual functional areas.
Secure access to documents
Each agenda uses the general features of the IBM FileNet P8 system, which monitors access to individual documents based on authorizations and user roles in the system (document creator, commenter, manager, approver, etc.) and also enables their further processing, such as document approval, extension of validity , document versioning, archiving, etc.
Processing of internal and external documents
Agendas can process all types of documents, which can be divided into internal and external according to the method of creation.
